The Intelligent Communities Forum is an organization of cities from around the world that are dedicated to using information technology to improve the lives of their citizens. At their invitation, I delivered this talk that covers some ways New York and New Jersey leveraged technology and strategy to cope with the Coronavirus. It also focuses on how one of the great commercial labs worked with government to provide testing where and when most needed.
