David Liss
David Liss has more than 30 years of successfully delivering strategic results in healthcare and technology. Your organization has core competencies and expertise. Leading government relations, grants, and innovation as Vice President at New York-Presbyterian Hospital

Leading the Center for Advanced Technology at Columbia University in the City of New York as Executive Director

Guiding corporate clients in their governmental and communications efforts, including serving as Vice President at BioReference Laboratories
David has worked with other industry leaders including Verizon, and governmental entities such as the City of New York. He has launched strategic communications initiatives, including op-ed programs and speaking opportunities in key forums.
David is associate faculty in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University and lectures in healthcare policy and politics. He serves on the Board of the New York eHealth Collaborative, the public-private partnership within the NYS Department of Health that oversees the State’s investment and activities in the field of Health Information Technology. He has been a pioneer in establishing public policy in the burgeoning field of Health Information Technology.
